For regular Umrah we recommend at least 30 days in advance to secure visa slots and the best hotel rates. For Ramadan or Hajj-season Umrah, book 90+ days in advance — these periods sell out quickly across all Pakistani agencies, and prices climb sharply close to departure.
Our Hajj packages include return flights from Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad, full Hajj visa processing, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah (5-star options available), Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah tent arrangements, all ground transport, three meals daily, an experienced Pakistani mu'allim throughout, and pre-departure orientation. Ihram and travel insurance are also included in Premium and Executive packages.
Yes — but the application is detail-sensitive. We've filed thousands of successful Schengen applications for Pakistani passport holders. Approval depends on a clean travel history, sufficient bank statements (typically PKR 8-12 lakh for the last 6 months), confirmed bookings, and a properly assembled dossier. Our visa team will assess your profile honestly and tell you the realistic chance before you pay anything.
Yes. For Hajj and premium Umrah packages we offer 3-month and 6-month installment plans through partner banks (HBL, Meezan, Faysal). A 30% booking deposit secures your package and the balance is split across the months leading up to departure. Ask our team for details on which package qualifies.
Our cancellation policy is transparent and depends on how close you are to departure. Generally, more than 60 days before departure: 90% refundable. 30-60 days: 50%. Under 30 days: case-by-case (mostly non-refundable on flights and hotels). We always recommend travel insurance, which we can arrange through EFU or Jubilee.
Absolutely — group travel is one of our specialties. Whether it's a 12-member family Umrah, a 40-person corporate Dubai incentive trip, or a 25-person friends' tour to Hunza, we build custom itineraries with group discounts. Contact our B2B desk for corporate bookings.
We arrange departures from all major Pakistani international airports: Karachi (KHI), Lahore (LHE), Islamabad (ISB), Peshawar (PEW), Multan (MUX), Sialkot (SKT), and Faisalabad (LYP). Most packages are priced ex-Karachi; supplements for other cities are shared upfront on your quote.

Hunza in winter — magical

Drove to Hunza in December — Attabad Lake frozen, snow on the Karakoram, almost no tourists. Driver was excellent, hotels were warm and comfortable. Far better than the chaotic Murree alternative.
